My grandmother said “I don’t want flowers when I die. I want them now.” and so I sent her flowers.
We are most blessed by our relationships and by those with whom we share our lives, and so to memorialize the dead we should count our blessings, because if we do not count our blessings they never happened.” Taken from my FaceBook post on Feb. 13, 2015.

Joseph, I was thinking about Dale early last week and remember both JT and Dale as being a couple of the most popular students at FC. They both had a great sense of humor and always had a smile on their faces. Tim who was the track team manager once said “I wish I could run like that. Oh, the hell with it.” Jumped on me piggyback style, yelled out Giddy up, and road me around the track like a jockey. After JT graduated I would give him an occasional ride home (in my car…not piggy back) and I remember Dale’s (who always had everyone laughing) famous quote when ask a question “I don’t know….but I don’t think so.” I was stationed overseas when I first heard about losing Dale. I regret that I didn’t keep in touch with Tim. With two older brothers like those two you must be a wonderful person as well. We have been greatly blessed.
